Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of $700 million aggregate principal amount of 4.200% senior notes due 2029, $900 million aggregate principal amount of 4.700% senior notes due 2035, and $900 million aggregate principal amount of 5.250% senior notes due 2055 by T-Mobile USA, Inc.

Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes, which may include among other things, share repurchases, any dividends declared by the Board of Directors of T-Mobile US, Inc., and refinancing of existing indebtedness on an ongoing basis.

T-Mobile USA, Inc., doing business under the global brand name T-Mobile, is an American wireless network operator.
