Matthew McGuiganhas joined us as an associate in our Business and Transactions Group, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, private capital markets and shareholder and partnership arrangements. His practice areas encompass the Canadian, cross-border, and international context.
Suklhraj Sandhuhas joined us as an associate in our Commercial Real Estate and Development group! Sukhraj advises on all key aspects of commercial real estate law, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing.
Stephanie Lanzhas joined us as an associate in our Commercial Real Estate and Development Group as well as our Affordable and Social Housing.After completing her summer and articling terms with us, Stephanie gained invaluable experience as legal counsel for a leading Toronto real estate developer. Her insights into the front lines of development make her a key asset to our team. Stephanie specializes in advising on real estate transactions and development matters for both for-profit and non-profit developers. With her unique perspective and deep understanding of developers' needs, she's perfectly positioned to navigate the complexities of the development process.
