PARIS, September 5, 2024 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, today announced it advised Aether Financial Services (“Aether FS”), an independent French leader in execution services for financial transactions, in connection with the acquisition of a stake in its capital by Capital Croissance, through its Edelweiss Transition & Impact I vehicle.
The Aether FS team is composed of more than 40 employees based in Paris and London. Over the past decade, it has developed unique expertise in execution services for private transactions.
After several years of strong growth and to support its development, the company decided to open its capital to a reference shareholder with a strong entrepreneurial DNA: Capital Croissance, a private equity company with €950 million in assets under management, financed by a community of over 500 private investors: entrepreneurs, families and business leaders.
Following this reorganisation, Capital Croissance becomes a minority shareholder in Aether FS alongside the two founders, Edouard Narboux and Henri-Pierre Jeancard, and other managers including Louis Thuillez, Head of Private Debt Execution.
This strategic transaction marks the start of a new growth phase for Aether FS, which will continue to expand its range of services in France and internationally.
