Mayer Brown ranked 10th among the nation’s top law firms
in The American Lawyer’s 2024 Midlevel Associates
Survey, which looks at the satisfaction levels of associates in
their third, fourth, and fifth years at Am Law 200 firms.
In the survey’s regional office rankings, four of the
firm’s US offices ranked in the top 10 for overall
satisfaction:
• Charlotte – first
• Salt Lake City – first
• New York – third
• Washington DC – eighth
The annual survey examines various areas such as
“compensation and benefits, training and guidance,
relationships with partners and other associates, interest in and
satisfaction level with the work, the firm’s policy on
billable hours, and management’s openness about firm
strategies and partnership chances.”
