BeesMont Law would like to congratulate Miami International Holdings, Inc. (MIH), in respect of the $100 million investment by Warburg Pincus, a leading global growth investment firm. MIH is a leading US financial exchange and execution services firm. This new investment will accelerate the next phase of MIAX's global expansion across multiple asset classes and geographies, including in the BSX, a subsidiary of MIH.
BeesMont Law Limited's Corporate and Technology & Innovation Teams advised and assisted the BSX in negotiating arrangements for the financing. The Team was led by Head of Corporate, Sharon A.
