Lowenstein Sandler's Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of One Table Restaurant Brands, a Los Angeles-based restaurant group operating the "farm-to-fork" Tender Greens and "modern Mexican" Tocaya restaurant brands. One Table Restaurant Brands filed for Chapter 11 protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
