Alena Ivanov has joined Lane Powell as an Associate on the
Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy Team.
Ivanov provides strategic counsel to clients in all aspects of
distressed financial transactions. During her time as a Judicial
Clerk for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Western District of
Washington, Ivanov developed a deep understanding of the plan
confirmation process and bankruptcy litigation. Prior to her
clerkship, Ivanov developed her knowledge of the bankruptcy
landscape by serving as an extern for the U.S. Trustee Program and
as a judicial extern.
Ivanov obtained her J.D. from the Emory University School of Law
in 2022, and her B.A. in Anthropology from the University of
California, Irvine in 2015.
