Advocate Mike Preston Is Sworn In As A Crown Advocate

The Partners of Hatstone are very pleased to announce that Litigation Partner Advocate Mike Preston was sworn in as a Crown Advocate before the Royal Court today. This followed his appointment to the role by the Attorney General and means that Mike will now prosecute criminal cases on behalf of the Crown and be available to advise the Crown in relation to civil and regulatory matters. This is seen as a reflection of Mike's standing and extensive trial experience in some of the most high profile cases of recent years.
