in leading global provider of expense management software
Rydoo.
The completion of the transaction remains subject to the
realization of customary closing process and operations, after
which funds managed by Eurazeo will become majority shareholders in
Rydoo. Current financial sponsor Marlin will reinvest to continue
to back Rydoo’s success alongside Eurazeo.
Mayer Brown also advised Marlin on its majority investment in
Rydoo in 2021.
