Sheppard Mullin advised VINCI Construction in the purchase of Newport Construction, a New Hampshire and Massachusetts-based family-run public works company specializing in road works and small-scale civil engineering projects. The acquisition, which is in line with its vertical integration model, will enable VINCI to bolster its public works operations in the north-east of the U.S.

Based in France, VINCI is a global player in concessions, construction and energy. VINCI designs, finances, builds and operates infrastructure and facilities that help improve daily life and mobility for all.
