Paul is a corporate/commercial lawyer with extensive experience on a wide range of transactions, including the purchase and sale of ownership interests and assets, restructuring transactions, equity raising and financing as well as various other corporate and commercial transactions.
Paul obtained his JD from Harvard University in 2016 and was called to the bar in Texas in 2016 and Alberta in 2019. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, Calgary Bar Association and Canadian Bar Association
