Nilay has nine years' experience advising clients on a full range of corporate and commercial transactions and general corporate law advisory matters. Nilay counsels banks and lending institutions regarding credit facilities and other complex financing matters on the Turkish law aspects. She regularly advises financial institutions about equity financing and tax structuring, including private debt investors and lenders. Nilay supports international and local clients on both buy and sell-side transactions. Accordingly, she is experienced counseling clients to structure and negotiate financing arrangements within transactional matters, focusing specifically on appropriate risk allocation and strategic commercial considerations. Nilay also has broad experience advising clients on capital markets compliance.
