Prior to FordHarrison, Dennis served as a four-time presidential appointee on both the National Labor Relations Board and the U.S. International Trade Commission. Since 2005, he has been recognized in "The Best Lawyers in America" and has also been designated a Michigan Super Lawyer. He is also a fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and the Michigan State Bar Foundation. Focused on traditional labor law, Dennis skillfully handles cases under the National Labor Relations Act and advises employers on compliance with FLMA, ADA, FLSA, ELCRA, and other employment laws, assisting in the development of personnel policies.
