Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $230 million aggregate principal amount of 3.25% exchangeable senior notes due 2030 by Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. The initial purchasers exercised their option to purchase an additional $30 million of notes. Proceeds from the offering are intended to be used for general corporate purposes. Spirit Aerosystems is one of the largest non-original equipment manufacturer manufacturers of aerostructures in the world, serving markets for commercial airplanes, military platforms and business/regional jets.
