KKR has acquired majority stake in Leap India Private Limited ("Leap India") through a combination of primary and secondary investment.1

Our firm advised Mayfield in relation to its 100% exit from Leap India along with other existing investors North Haven Fund, TVS Shriram Growth Fund, Sixth Sense, IndiaNivesh, Schroders and other minority shareholders.
