CHICAGOORBA, one of Chicago's largest public accounting firms, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tina Chen, an experienced human resources executive, as the firm's new Director of Human Resources. She has more than 15 years of experience in developing and executing programs focused on progressive human resource management. At ORBA, Tina will be working closely with management to develop and implement new policies and programs for organizational development and employee relations. She will also be working closely with employees to build a strong culture, attract talent, drive engagement, and increase productivity and retention.

In her previous roles, Tina has experience providing strategic advice with effective solutions to enhance business performance, as well as leading programs across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, training, mentoring/coaching, performance management, career pathing, learning and development, HR disciplinary actions and offboarding. She has also managed and resolved complex employee relations issues and provided human resource policy guidance and interpretation.

Tina earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
