planning considerations surrounding Dolly Parton's legacy
following her recent death. Marc pointed to Parton's charitable
foundation, The Dollywood Foundation, as a telling sign of how the
country icon likely approached her own planning.

"I don't see that she would have set up a
foundation without also having set up a formal estate plan,"
he said.
