With over 20 years of experience acting for private and public technology companies, Marc is a seasoned legal advisor who brings a deep knowledge of the evolving startup ecosystem to helping clients achieve their business objectives. Prior to joining Fasken, Marc founded a unique legal services program at another leading law firm dedicated to providing high quality legal services to early stage ventures in Canada.
As a business executive, Marc also draws from managerial and operational experience in finance, facilities, customer support and community management in understanding current business challenges and anticipating those to come. His results-oriented approach to navigating corporate transactions and day-to-day corporate advisory experience is sought by technology sector clients across Canada.
