Two highly experienced Executives have returned to ENSafrica's Corporate Commercial practice. Sanushka Chetty and Chris Ntuta have rejoined our ranks, amplifying the depth of our expertise. This fortification comes as a significant advantage for our clients who seek cutting-edge legal guidance and support in the ever-evolving corporate landscape.
Sanushka Chetty boasts an exceptional track record in M&A, private equity transactions, acting across the spectrum on the fund formation side, company acquisition and disposal side. She is also experienced in general corporate transactions, including acting for listed corporates and multinationals across various economic sectors. Her skills include drafting commercial contracts, corporate governance, company law, and private equity, making her an invaluable asset to our team.
Having acted as Executive Head of Legal for a prominent telecommunications provider, Sanushka is particularly skilled in M&A within this sector.
Chris has extensive proficiency in various facets of corporate and commercial law. His specialties include M&A, takeovers, corporate restructurings, and a keen focus on advising clients on the regulatory aspects of commercial transactions, such as the Takeover Regulations and the JSE Listings Requirements. Chris has been instrumental in advising, structuring, and implementing significant Black Economic Empowerment transactions in South Africa in compliance with B-BBEE legislation.
These appointments build upon the momentum set by the return of Executive Tony Lee in February.
Doron Joffe, Joint Head of our Corporate Commercial department, said, "The return of Chris and Sanushka is a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence. With their diverse and in-depth experience, our Corporate Commercial practice is in an even stronger position to provide the highest quality legal representation and support for our clients and help them achieve their goals".
