Foley Hoag has been recognized by BTI Consulting Group (BTI) in its "Client Service A-Team 2023: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance" report - a listing of top midsized law firms ranked by client service scores.
Within the report, Foley Hoag was featured on the BTI Client Service 100 list, which recognizes the top 100 midsized and smaller firms delivering superior client service. According to BTI, recognized firms perform better than 70% of all law firms. The report also highlights how each firm performs on 17 activities driving superior client service related to client support, service value, innovation and work quality.
BTI conducted research with more than 24,000 buyers of professional services to establish the 17 client service criteria used. Corporate counsel then assed each activity on 2 dimensions — importance and differentiation to identify the activities most influential when evaluating legal providers. 650 law firms were then evaluated based on how they perform each criteria. This level of research establishes BTI as a leading provider of strategic market research to the legal community and professional services firms.
