LLC, Morgan Stanley, Lloyds Securities, and Wells Fargo Securities as lead underwriters in connection with Bank of Montreal's registered public offering of $1.75 billion of medium-term notes comprised of $1.35 billion aggregate principal amount of its 5.300% Senior Notes due 2026 and $400 million aggregate principal amount of its Floating Rate Notes due 2026, under its U.S. medium-term note program.

Bank of Montreal is the 8th largest bank, by assets, in North America with total assets of C$1.15 trillion as of January 31, 2023.
