Matheson LLP is pleased to have provided legal support to private equity firm Waterland and MTM Engineering in connection with MTM's recent acquisition of ATSS Ventures, a specialist provider of structured cabling and fibre optic cabling services based in Kilkenny, which will join CET Connect, a company acquired by MTM in recent weeks, the acquisition of which was also supported by the Matheson team.
A team led by partner Robert Maloney-Derham, senior associates Jenny Keenan and Elisabeth Carr-Fanning, associate Donal Feehan and trainee Ciarán Murray advised Waterland and MTM Engineering in connection with the transaction.
