Sarah McLean leads the firm's Private Equity group and
advises energy-focused private equity funds and management teams on
acquisitions and divestitures of assets and companies as well as
joint ventures.
Clare O'Brien regularly counsels major U.S. and
international clients on public and private mergers and acquisition
transactions, including public company restructurings, joint
ventures and large public transactions.
