Leading capital markets service provider Ocorian (US) Inc. is expanding its domestic service offering to include escrow services in the US.
Ocorian has long been a provider of escrow services in Europe and is now able to offer the same services domestically to US-based customers through a recently established US deposit bank partnership.
Ocorian's escrow service is to support capital market transactions including M&A, litigation payments, bankruptcy and restructuring transactions.
Based in New York, the new service further grows Ocorian's presence in the US and provides asset managers and financial institutions with direct access to structuring and fund domiciliation hubs in Europe, the Middle East, the Caribbean, Latin America, Africa and Asia Pacific.
