Robert brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from over two decades of progressive experience in executive HR roles and five years of experience as an international employment and labour attorney. Hehas worked in various industries, including airlines, banking, construction, crown corporations, education, healthcare, real estate, retail, technology, and tourism. Over his tenure, Robert has managed teams in 35 different countries, which has given him invaluable first-hand experience in developing intercultural competency skills to work effectively with diverse groups.
