Sheppard Mullin represented Avego Management (Avego), a healthcare-focused investment firm, as lead investor in a $22,000,000 financing round for PBS Biotech, an innovative, single-use bioreactor manufacturer and process development services provider. PBS Biotech received additional financing from existing investor BroadOak Capital Partners. The financing will be used to improve the company's products portfolio, expand its process development services capability, and increase customer support for global cell therapy clients.
