Debevoise & Plimpton LLP's International Dispute Resolution Group partner Dietmar W. Prager has been appointed Vice Chair of the International Bar Association's Arbitration Committee. The IBA Arbitration Committee focuses on laws, practices and procedures relating to the arbitration of transnational disputes. Through its conferences, publications and projects, the Committee also seeks to share more information about international arbitration, promote its use and improve its effectiveness with other legal practitioners.
Dr. Prager's recent representations include disputes involving complex infrastructure projects, investment treaties, shareholder disputes, mining and energy projects, the finance sector, sovereign debt and distribution agreements.
