The LondonTechnology team advised Profile Pensions on its proposed acquisition by Moneyfarm.
Profile Pensions is a UK digital pension adviser and consolidator, with approximately £870 million in AUM and 24,000 customers at the time of the agreement.
Moneyfarm is a pan-European digital wealth manager with over 90,000 active investors and more than £2.4 billion invested on its platform.
