The European Union's groundbreaking Artificial Intelligence Act establishes the world's first comprehensive regulatory framework for AI systems, introducing strict prohibitions on manipulative practices and biometric surveillance while imposing rigorous compliance obligations on high-risk AI applications in employment, financial services, and other critical sectors.

The use of new technologies, including artificial intelligence, has become common due to the acceleration of creative processes, reduction of costs and the ability to quickly create content. In addition to these benefits, however, there are serious abuses by commercial entities, especially against people who enjoy public trust, such as doctors, whose authority is sometimes used in advertisements for commercial products, including dietary supplements.

Everything looks promising in the laboratory. The formulation meets the assumptions, the parameters are within acceptable limits, and the test reports are consistent. However, the final verdict will not be made in the laboratory. The real test of technology is production: working at full scale under pressure from time, costs, and regulatory requirements.
