The Firm has a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan in place to address all probable situations, including any partial or complete lockdown of our physical facilities across locations. We have seamlessly shifted into a "Work from Home" mode firmwide. We have in place, as part of our Business Continuity Plan, supporting infrastructure, which allows all our members full remote access to all our systems to be able to service your needs efficiently, while ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of the projects.
The support infrastructure covers the availability of the latest video-conferencing, teleconferencing, document sharing capabilities and other tech-enabled tools. There would be no disruption in our service delivery.
All our lawyers are constantly monitoring the situation and keeping a critical eye on any legal, regulatory, economic and situational developments that may have an impact on any of our clients and their businesses. We will continue to share regular updates and insights on the impact of regulatory and other measures that may be taken across India to deal with the pandemic. We have established an internal working group of experts dedicated to assisting clients on the diverse range of legal problems that COVID-19 presents. We realise that the situation is a dynamic one and that the needs of our clients are changing quickly as circumstances change. Therefore, we believe that a dedicated COVID-19 team focussed on monitoring, responding to and meeting the special COVID -19 needs of our clients is essential. We recommend that physical meetings be avoided completely for the coming few days. We are also taking all measures necessary to ensure our offices are adequately sanitised at all times and our employees, safe. Whilst protecting the health and safety of our people is a priority, we also are committed to continuing to provide the same quality of advice and service standards to our clients that they have come to expect throughout the COVID -19 pandemic.
