On 16 January 2017, the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Professor K C Chan, on behalf of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, signed in Hong Kong a comprehensive agreement on the avoidance of double taxation ("CDTA") with Belarus.
