Newhaven Trust has completed a rebrand to become NWH Global.

The Guernsey-headquartered fiduciary, which has offices in locations across the globe including Hong Kong, Dubai and New Zealand, is an independently-held trust and corporate services provider.

NWH's new Global Chief Executive Charlotte Denton, who has led the Guernsey office as Managing Director since January, oversaw the transition.

She said that while the name and look of the brand were revisited, there was a lot that did not need to change.

"I was invited to thoroughly review Newhaven, which has been quietly successful for more than 20 years, and this resulted in a vibrant rebrand for the business," she said.

"NWH Global employs great, expert people and we remain focused on excellence and the continual development of our team. We also remain independent and committed to focusing on clients' unique personal circumstances from our multi-jurisdictional presence in key locations around the world."

Having now moved from being Managing Director to the position of Global Chief Executive, Mrs Denton will now assume responsibility for NWH's global operation.

"It's been a fascinating project and I'm very excited now to take on the management responsibility for the global operation and take it to the next stage."
