On October 2, the State Commissioner for Data Protection in Schleswig-Holstein ("ULD") warned companies of a fax sent by a fake authority going by the name "Datenschutzauskunft-Zentrale" falsely informing companies of a requirement to fill out a form to comply with data protection legal obligations (source document in German).
