Jobsplus have announced new measures in relation to their operations with the aim of curbing the outbreak of COVID-19.

Jobsplus have announced new measures in relation to their operations with the aim of curbing the outbreak of COVID-19.

All front-office services at all offices are being suspended with immediate effect until further notice.

Clients are encouraged to either contact the Corporation by phone or, alternatively, make use of Jobsplus' electronic services.

Jobsplus have published guidelines (https://jobsplus.gov.mt/announcement-coronavirus) on how operations in relation to employing Third Country Nationals, recruiting employees, terminating employees and registering for work is to be done going forward.

Jobsplus has also issued guidelines for Third Country Nationals who have become unemployed as from the beginning of March 2020 and require assistance in finding alternative employment.

The Corporation has also instructed that any applications or claims for reimbursement related to the Investing in Skills Scheme should only be submitted through iis.jobsplus@gov.mt. Documents without signatures shall also be temporarily accepted. Original signed documents will be requested by the Corporation at a later stage.
