The Three Enforcement Bodies Participated In The Dialogue Of The 10th China-EU Competition Policy

The 10th China-EU Competition Policy Dialogue ("Dialogue") was held in Beijing on October 15. Mr. Shang Ming, Director General of the Anti-Monopoly Bureau under MOFCOM, and Mr. Mosso, acting Deputy Director General at the DG Competition, co-presided over the Dialogue. Enforcers from the three enforcement bodies, namely the Anti-Monopoly Bureau under MOFCOM, the PSIAMB under NDRC and the Anti-Monopoly and Anti-Unfair Competition Bureau under State Administration for Industry & Commerce ("SAIC"), participated in the Dialogue. Attendees conducted a retrospect on collaboration since the last competition policy dialogue, and exchanged opinions on issues of common interest such as antirust legislation, enforcement and international cooperation as well as future cooperation plan. "A Practical Guidelines on Review and Cooperation for M&A Cases between MOFCOM and the DG Competition" was signed by Mr. Shang Ming and Mr. Mosso after the Dialogue.
