According to news on the website of SAIC on 2 November 2015,
upon the request of Microsoft, Competition Enforcement Bureau under
SAIC interviewed a delegation led by Deputy General Counsel of
Microsoft. Microsoft indicated that since SAIC launched an
antitrust investigation on it, it had strengthened its cooperation
with relevant government departments and enterprises, made a lot of
improvements in the industry and actively cooperated with
SAIC's investigation. Microsoft also committed to keep it up in
the future. Competition Enforcement Bureau required Microsoft to
submit written report of its improvements with Chinese government
and enterprises since the investigation initiated, as well as a
detailed statement of relevant issues within a specified
time.
