Business owners and charitable organisations in the Sister Islands, who still need to comply with Cayman's legal requirements for beneficial ownership and registering as a non-profit organisation, are asked to attend information sessions this Friday, 27 April, from 8:30am to 4:30pm, in the Brac Reef conference room.

Hosted by General Registry, the sessions will show how registering for the online Cayman Business Portal will make it easier to comply with these obligations, as well as make it easier to manage your business transactions with General Registry.

Business owners and charitable organisations in all three Cayman Islands are reminded that there are penalties for failure to comply with legal obligations.

For more information on the Brac information sessions, email General Registry at cigenreg@gov.ky.
