On May 11, 2017, the TSX published housekeeping amendments to the TSX Company Manual related to non-public interest changes. The amendments include fixing typographical errors, clarifying provisions, updating references to securities legislation and cross references, amending language to reflect changes in technology and the addition of a newly authorized newswire service provider.
