Indigenous Law lawyer Anita Boscariol is a panelist for the Sept. 24th session "Developments in Aboriginal Law and Litigation," as part of the annual Department of Justice Canada Conference. Anita will share her insights on issues in Aboriginal litigation that public law lawyers should be informed of and engage with. Anita will draw on her current legal practice, along with her 25+ years of experience in the public sector, the last ten as Director General, Treaties and Aboriginal Government Negotiations West, for the former Department of Indigenous & Northern Affairs.

Hosted by the Department of Justice, BC Regional Office, and in cooperation with the Canadian Bar Association, BC Branch, this yearly event focuses on matters of interest for those who practice law on behalf of, and against, governments. This year's theme is "Embracing Change: The Future of Public Law & Practice". Learn more here.
