The amendment to the Income Tax Act (also referred to as the "Millionaire Tax Act") determines the levels of income tax prepayments for 1998 personal and corporate income taxes.
Contributors whose 1997 tax liability exceeds Sk 367,200, must pay increased monthly tax prepayments.
The amendment is effective from 1 April 1998.
