Slovak News - August 1996 - Draft Of Amendment To The Law On Collective Investme

The Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic, capital market department, is currently preparing an amendment to regulations related to collective investments. This will include an amendment to the Act on Investment Companies and Investment Funds No. 248/1992 Coll. Regulations concerning collective investments, which will be presented on the agenda of the Government of the Slovak Republic at the end of the year.
