On December 2nd, 2016, the Energy Regulatory Commission (“CRE”) published in the Federal Official Gazette the Resolution number A/043/2016 which establishes the cases that qualify as a permit update.

On December 2nd, 2016, the Energy Regulatory Commission (“CRE”) published in the Federal Official Gazette the Resolution number A/043/2016 which establishes the cases that qualify as a permit update.

Likewise, we inform you that the CRE also published the Resolution number A/027/2016 which establishes the criteria under which the permit holders and applicants of a natural gas pipeline transportation permit may be exempt from the obligation to perform an open season for capacity allocation due to enlargement, extension or the development of a new system.

Similarly, the Ministry of Energy published the Official Mexican Standard NOM-034-NUCL-2016, selection, qualification and training requirements of nuclear power plant personnel.
