Boston – August 31, 2022 – Cooley advised Frontline Education, a leading provider of administration software purpose-built for K-12 educators, on its agreed upon sale by Thoma Bravo to Roper Technologies in an all-cash transaction that values Frontline at approximately $3.725 billion. Lawyers Miguel Vega, Michael Rohr and Nick Kenyon led the Cooley team advising Frontline.
The exit follows a five-year partnership between Thoma Bravo and Frontline to drive the company's profitable growth and expand its market leadership in the K-12 education sector.
