Taft is pleased to have acted as legal counsel to BrightNight
LLC in raising $500 million of private structured capital. Global
Infrastructure Partners (GIP) and co-investors have invested in
BrightNight, a renewable energy company, to fund the company's
development efforts and the construction and operation of its
projects.
Taft's legal team included Bob Hicks, Ralph Caruso, Kate
Mascarenhas, Todd Lady, Henry Alderfer, and Brett Wilson.
