(ii) the refinancing of certain properties in The Collection portfolio (The Collection is an initiative from HighBrook Investors and REB focussing on high-end office space across Amsterdam's most prestigious monumental buildings), through a syndicated loan arranged by Deutsche Pfandbriefbank.
