Shutterstock, Inc. (NYSE: SSTK) has acquired PicMonkey, a leading online graphic design and image editing platform, for US$110 million. The transaction closed on 7 September 2021.
Ocorian Law acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel to PicMonkey alongside lead counsel, Latham & Watkins, and Irish legal counsel, A&L Goodbody. Sheppard Mullin acted as lead counsel to Shutterstock.
