We are delighted to welcome Simon Percival to Ocorian, who joins as Group Head of Corporate Development.
Simon will be responsible for the merger and acquisition strategy and implementation to help build our business.
Simon reports directly to our CFO, Anthony Zarmakoupis, who commented "The acquisitions we have made have been very considered and add to our already considerable bench strength. Simon joins from Finastra, a global fintech software company where he was Head of Corporate Development. He was responsible for leading the fintech's inorganic strategy and execution globally. In addition to his corporate development roles, Simon has spent over 13 years in investment banking, most recently for Quayle Munro focusing on M&A in the financial technology sector.
