Butler Snow attorney Kara E. Shea was recently a guest on "HR Works: The Podcast for Human Resources" where she discussed the Department of Labor's (DOL) proposed changes to overtime regulations. The DOL has proposed a rule that is expected to make more than one million workers eligible for overtime pay. Currently, the DOL is accepting comments on the rule until May 21st.
