Butler Snow is pleased to announce that attorneys Robbie Greenlee and Hayley Oldham have been selected as presenters for the Mississippi Bar Litigation Section's Deposition Academy, taking place April 9, 2026, at the Bar Center in Jackson. This six-hour CLE program is designed for attorneys who are beginning to develop their deposition skills and will offer practical instruction on all aspects of conducting effective depositions.

Greenlee will lead two sessions titled "Introduction to the Deposition Process" and "Effective Use of Documents in Depositions." Oldham will co-present a session titled "The Young Lawyers' Perspective on Depositions."

Greenlee is a member of Butler Snow's Commercial Litigation group. He is a highly skilled trial lawyer with more than 23 years of experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation and mass torts in federal and state courts and in arbitration. Greenlee's experience covers every aspect of civil litigation, from developing case theories and damage models, preparing pleadings, motion practice, and fact and expert discovery, to serving as lead trial counsel through appeal. He has obtained numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts, arbitration awards, and settlements for his clients. He represents individuals, businesses, healthcare providers, and governmental entities in litigation related to commercial disputes, contract disputes, fraud, trade secrets, medical malpractice, and personal injury. He also represents healthcare providers in administrative matters.

Oldham is a member of Butler Snow's Tort, Transportation & Specialized Litigation practice group. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Mississippi and her Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law. Oldham has been recognized by BL Rankings, The Best Lawyers in America® 2026 Ones to Watch, for her work in Commercial Litigation and Transportation Law.
