General of Public Legal Administration. SSEK provided input on
Indonesia's draft bill on movable assets. The draft bill was
prepared in the context of improving the ease of doing business in
Indonesia.
SSEK foreign legal advisor Michael S. Carl gave a presentation on the
regulation of collateral for movable assets under United States
